Teine Sāmoa
In Samoa, the malu is a traditional female tattoo that signifies identity, protection, and endurance of pain. The delicate markings of the malu span from her knees to her upper thighs. My composition references Sandro Boticelli's symbol of love and beauty as seen in his painting, "Birth of Venus." In "Teine Sāmoa," I am celebrating the spirit of love, beauty and the strength of our Sāmoan women.

Care & Display
While the prints are very durable, I recommend displaying them in a dry area out of direct sunlight to prolong the vibrancy of the print. Under normal lighting conditions, your prints will last for generations without noticeable fading. To clean your prints, dust them off with a soft cotton cloth or duster. Do not use cleaners, solvents or other liquids when cleaning your canvas prints.
